Statewide Court Software Upgrade

What does that mean

The implementation of this upgrade has been happening for a while, however until now it has been only active in a few courts. During the next few months the majority of courts will go live with the new Statewide Case Management System, Enterprise Justice and Enterprise Supervision.

There will be adjustments for the Court Clerks and for the way that we process our information to the Courts.

How does this effect you

Send Your Ticket to the Court

The first big step that we are actively promoting is that you need to send your ticket back to the court. Please check the Contested Hearing Box, complete your address and your Signature.

We want to ensure that all goes smoothly with your ticket and this is one step that you can control to ensure it does.

Delays

The Court Clerks have an enormous adjustment during this time. We are expecting delays in an assortment of areas that effect us and our responses toyou. These include scheduling of court dates, uploading of outcome confirmations, and possibly other things.

Payment Disruptions

Another issue that we have just found involves making payments to the Courts during the transition. There will likely be disruptions for each court.

As we find the information, we will update our letters to clients and do our best to include links to the courts that should update after the integration.

Interruption to Credit Card Payments

During implementation of the Statewide Case Management System, Enterprise Justice and Enterprise Supervision, District Court will be unable to accept Credit or Debit card payments at the front counter or online between August 26, 2026 and September 13, 2026. 

Please visit our webpage on September 14, 2026, for a new online payment platform. 

You may make a cash or check payment at any one of our four court locations or mail a check or cashiers check to
