This New Blue Envelope Program is designed to help officers and neurodivergent drivers understand each other better. You may pick up a free envelope to keep your important documents in that might be needed during a traffic stop.

Why the state is doing this?

This is a voluntary free program that is intended to improve communication during traffic stops.
